If you can leave it there without patrons getting to it, then do so. Let your supervisor/person in charge know and they can call 911 to have an officer come.
If you must remove it from the area you found it in, use the gloves/tongs/plastic box/bag that each building has. Put the gloves on, pick it up with tongs (if possible), put it in the plastic box and close it.

The police warned that some of the substances that are being mixed with heroin are so concentrated that they can leach through your skin and get you high, causing illness, or even overdose.
